With the increasing contribution of Renewable Energy into the national grid, CEA and POSOCO have mandated any Solar plant with a capacity of 100 MW or more will have to implement Active and Reactive Power Control through a Power Plant Controller positioned at the Point of Common Coupling with the Grid.
